Theresa Hubbard is a licensed mental health professional with over 35,000 hours of direct client experience. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, and cultivating authentic connections. Her compassionate approach empowers individuals, couples, and families to navigate life’s challenges with curiosity and courage. Through her clinical practice, podcasts, retreats, workshops, or public speaking, Theresa is dedicated to fostering connection within and beyond ourselves.
